I built Basteon because I wanted one place to see all my finances without handing my data to parties I don't trust. I wanted a transparent tool that would help me understand and improve my finances over time without upsells.

How is my data handled?
Your data is stored locally on your device. Bank connections run through Enable Banking, a licensed provider. When you link a bank, we never see or keep your login details.
Can you make transactions?
You give Basteon permission to retrieve data on your behalf; data is passed to your device. No read, no logging, no write. Our server is open source. You can confirm this here.

Is Basteon free?
