Basteon is built privacy-first. All your data is stored on your phone. We do not read, log, or sell your data.

Data handling

When you link a bank or other provider, you give Basteon permission to retrieve data on your behalf. That data is passed directly to your device. Our server does not read, store, or write your financial data. We use secure, regulated providers to connect to your accounts; we never see or keep your login details.

No transactions

Basteon only retrieves data (read-only). We cannot make transactions, move money, or modify your accounts. Our server is open source so you can verify this.
